Weekly Class & Recording. Popup classes

In-person the regular class is in Fishguard Thurs 19.00-21.00, online at the same time.

A recording of the class is available each week so you can repeat it whenever you like or still attend if you couldn't make it live.

You can also attend popup in-person classes and events as they happen without additional cost.

Online Community Support & Resources Access

Access online resources as they are expanded.

Outside of live sessions, access support from the community and from Paul in the online community space.

Is this for beginners?

Absolutely!
Most people are beginners and within every class support is tailored to each persons needs as an individual. This is a community that welcomes and supports everyone equally.

InnerStrong is an opportunity to explore and develop NEW skills that will improve your experience of life. We learn best when we feel relaxed, happy and are having fun, classes are focussed so we can learn and develop but they are also supportive and light-hearted so we learn easily.

There can be a reluctance to come to a new class and feel like you don't know what you are doing and worry that everyone else will know more than us. That is a common concern but it is not something to worry about, most people are beginners and no-one finishes learning these skills; I have been practising since Oct 2000, I am still learning and developing all the time and it is still rewarding and fulfilling.

Learning how to release tension from your body and mind is exactly like learning the Piano.
You start at the beginning and then, as you learn and practise, your skills develop, as they do you get more and more benefit as you progress.

Everyone, if they are wise, approaches learning as if they are a beginner!

Where is the in-person class?

When are the classes?

The regular class runs 7-9pm Thursdays, from April 9th 2026 onwards. Online and in-person.
Weather dependent, popup sessions will be happening throughout the summer, initially early on Friday mornings at Whitesands bay near St Davids in Pembrokeshire. Time will be confirmed when they start.

How do the popup classes work?

I assess the weather the night before and then again in the morning if there is some doubt. If the class doesn't happen, those who are not members get a refund.

How much of the pop class fees goes to Charity?

25% of standalone pop-up class fees goes to Porthmawr surf-lifesaving club based in Whitesands bay. Porthmawr SLSC is local charity that teaches kids water confidence, safety and surf-lifesaving skills.
